I created The Watch Commander for people who want to become police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, correctional officers, or dispatchers.

3. What makes your training different?
Everything I teach comes from my own experience.
I spent more than 25 years in law enforcement, retired as a Police Lieutenant, interviewed hundreds of candidates, wrote interview questions, developed score sheets, and now teach and mentor future first responders.
I don't teach generic interview advice. I teach you what hiring panels are actually looking for because I've been on the other side of the table.

6. What happens during a Mock Interview?
I'll conduct a realistic interview similar to what you'll experience with an actual hiring panel.
Afterward, we'll go over your answers together. I'll explain what you did well, what I'd improve, and how I think a hiring panel would score your performance.
Most people leave with much more confidence because they finally know where they stand before the real interview.
7. Can you guarantee I'll get hired?
No.
I wish I could, but nobody can honestly promise that.
What I can promise is that I'll give you the same honest advice I'd give my own son or daughter if they wanted to become a first responder. I'll teach you what I've learned from interviewing candidates for years and help you become the strongest candidate you can be.
